Learn an easy letting go technique to help calm your mind, recover from fatigue and create more space within to feel confident and navigate this powerful transformative time

Wether you’re preparing to conceive, trying to conceive, pregnant or in your postpartum period (which lasts as long as you would like to name it), there is a lot going on both physically, mentally as emotionally. We can easily get overwhelmed with the demands of life, forgetting to really take care of ourselves and tune in to see what we really need. Meditation is good for so many aspects when you’re going through a big transformation. We will feel calmer, more capable dealing with life, more in tune with our intuition and body, able to let go of old habits and stories, more rested, have more patience, feel more joy etc etc!

4 consecutive days

Monday: 1 hour individual session (time upon request afternoon)

Tuesday: 1.5 hour group session 10am-11.30am

Wednesday: 1.5 hour group session 10am-11.30am

Thursday: 1.5 hour group session 10am-11.30am
